​​Fritz Golding serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Learning Consultant at Golding Touch Education Consulting LLC. Prior to this position Golding held leadership positions from Supervisor to Director over Global Learning & Development departments. Golding has extensive experience conducting workshops, leadership courses, team development programs, coaching training, seminars and more. Developed and conducted learning events around the world in places like, Brazil, Holland, Singapore, Dubai, and more. Golding led talented training teams in building and delivering learning programs based on company strategic vision and goals.

Golding has extensive experience with technology and the use of technology in training for high-risk jobs. Simulator and Augmented Reality tools can be essential parts of the overall training plan companies use to find innovative and engaging ways to support their employees growth. Golding managed large training facilities that housed and utilized high fidelity training equipment to provide the best Learning environment for users. Golding has been involved in the entire process of evaluating - sourcing - budgeting - developing - deploying and assessing various training technologies.
