Fritz Golding has held leadership positions throughout his career, from Supervisor of a multi-functional team to Director over a global Learning and Development department. Golding lead hundreds of workshops, leadership courses, team development programs, etc. around the world in places like, Brazil, Holland, Singapore, Dubai, and more. Golding lead talented training teams in building learning programs based on company needs and listening to department heads and senior leadership throughout the companies for which he worked.
Golding has extensive experience with technology and the use of technology in training for high risk jobs. Simulator training environments have grown in use around the world as companies find innovative and engaging ways to support their employees. Extensive knowledge of training facilities and the best use of equipment and personnel to provide the best quality training. Use of Simulators have been proven to reduce risk in training as simulators provide a safe environment to learn, cut cost related to use of production equipment to prevent down time and errors. Golding has been involved in the entire process of evaluating - sourcing - budgeting - developing - deploying and assessing simulator use.
Golding has extensive experience with core training department elements including competency development programs, technical training programs, leadership development, Learning Management Systems (LMS/LCMS), and so much more. Golding uses his years of experience in a consulting role to support HR and Training departments achieve their goals.
