​Golding Touch Education Consulting, LLC (GTEC) is committed to improving educational outcomes for ALL students in any setting. We support public, private, and charter schools everywhere. With over 25 years of classroom teaching experience, sharing research-based strategies for teaching reading and writing for kindergarten to 12th grade students, we believe effective professional development for teachers should be strong in content, interactive, and most importantly, fun! Teachers leave our sessions motivated to tackle the challenges in their classroom with a repertoire of tools and strategies for all students.

What We Do:

OBSERVATION | COACHING | FEEDBACK

Our team of experts provide a collegial approach to observation, coaching, and feedback. We encourage teachers to analyze, critique, practice, reflect, and revise their instructional practices to improve outcomes for students.​

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT​

We provide learning opportunities on a wide range of topics to support student learning and increase student achievement using our knowledge of the science of reading; balanced literacy, direct, experiential, and interactive instruction; high-yield teaching methods and research-based strategies. Supporting teachers, administrative staff, paraprofessionals, and tutors strengthens instructional practices within all classrooms, schools, and school districts. ​​

We provide support in building standard aligned lesson plans as a roadmap to creating daily structured instruction in classrooms ensuring research-based strategies are implemented.
